Making a Difference with Home Care

Home care services are part of a range of care and supports provided by the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership. This partnership is committed to supporting people to live independently and to feel secure in their own homes. We provide high quality personal and domestic care services.

How can home services help?

The support you can get will depend on your own circumstances. Home care services can provide practical support for everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, help with meals and diet requirements, housework, getting around, personal care such as getting dressed or getting to the toilet, shopping, and other tasks like collecting prescriptions or help with paying bills. These services can be provided by the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership, or by an independent agency.
